I had a dream, a dream I had longed for. The single primrose today is in thought of our son Michael. He has been gone now two years. We are living now in his home (long story) We had moved here during a huge upheaval in our lives.
We had been here just about six months, it was close to a year after he died. I didn't know we even had these on the property, but there it was at the edge of the driveway, smiling at me as to say, here mom, here's a flower for you today. I had to have a picture and what a "memory" it has made. I nurture and care for it now and there are many more to enjoy. Michael loved the outdoors and he had found peace and quiet on this property. He was laughing and smiling in my dream. I asked him to hug me, somehow I knew it was a dream and I wanted to feel that hug.
