Sauce Ingredients:
1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges (drained)
8 oz whole berry cranberry sauce
4 oz. fat-free French style dressing (western)
1 1.15 pkg dried onion soup mix
Mix the sauce ingredients and refrigerate couple hours or overnight
8 boneless, skinless, split chicken breasts (I used 3# bag of chicken tenders)
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Place chicken in baking dish with lid, or pan and cover with tin foil.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350. Remove from oven
Drain off excess liquid. Sprinkle chicken on one side with the Lawry's .
Smother chicken with sauce. Return to oven and bake uncovered for approximately another 30 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and sauce is hot.
